The baby shower present, a purple and zebra afghan and two knitted hats, and one pink crochet hat were a big hit.
The girl having her baby has decorated the baby's room purple and zebra. Just for fun, I gave her a purple toothbrush, purple dish soap, and purple lavendar soft soap.
Sara and I went to Joann's last weekend, and found a Knifty Knitter scarf book, and a crochet afghan pattern book. Oh, the possibilities!
I started Sara's afghan, crochet grannies in white,yellow,mint green and magenta. I bought all the magenta Joann's had here, a whole stash of three skeins, with my 40% off coupons!
Four 9 inch squares completed, only 31 to go.
